TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is an aid-for-trade organisation that was established in 2010, with the aim of growing prosperity in East Africa through increased trade. TMEA wishes to invite interested and qualified reputable firms/consortiums to participate in this tender for the Technical Assistance to Support private & public Sector to comply with standards in Health & Safety Procedures as per the LOTs below:


LOT 1: Technical Assistance to Support Private Sector Compliance to Standards, Health and Safety Procedures during Covid-19 Pandemic;


LOT 2: Technical Assistance for Development of Relevant Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Protocols and Procedures to minimize the Spread of Covid-19 In Priority Value Chains; and 


LOT 3: Technical Assistance for the Development of Relevant Hygiene, Food Safety Procedures to minimize the Spread of Covid-19 In Priority Value Chains.


The Terms of Reference and the Request for Proposals (RFP) document can be obtained at https://www.trademarkea.com/procurement/ . All queries quoting the above Tender Title and Number should be emailed to procurement@trademarkea.com . The closing date for submission of this tender is on or before Friday, 20 November 2020 on or before 4.00 p.m. (Kenya Time).


Interested and qualified reputable consultancy firms/consortiums MUST submit their bids through TMEA’s Procurement mail box using the email address, procurement@trademarkea.com . The maximum size of each email with attachments should not exceed 5 MB.


TMEA cannot answer any query relating to this tender 7 days or less prior to the submission deadline.
